Arrangements regarding your stay and any cancellations

B&B De Biestraatse Weide uses the following general terms and conditions.
These are in effect from the time of reservation until the stay in our B&B.

General conditions apply to all users of B&B De Biestraatse Weide, Biestraat 3, 5126NH Gilze (North Brabant).

Upon entering into a lease, these terms and conditions become effective:

• Tenants must have a permanent residence or domicile;
• The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of users’ property;
• In case of disputes, all (legal) costs shall be borne by the user;
• All risks related to a stay at B&B De Biestraatse Weide are the responsibility of the users;
• Damage and loss of owner’s movable and immovable property must be reported by users and reimbursed to the owner;
• Guests must follow instructions from the owner;
• The owner may deny guests access to B&B. The Biestraatse Weide and / or refuse, without further notice and reasons and without refund of accommodation costs;
• The owner’s records will be decisive in case of mutual disagreement unless the users can prove otherwise.

Reservation and confirmation

There is no additional charge for booking a stay at B&B De Biestraatse Weide.

You can arrange the rental agreement through our website. You will then receive payment and confirmation automatically. Of course, you can always contact us by phone, verbally or via e-mail.

Cancellation and no show (not coming without cancellation).

In the unlikely event that you are unable to fulfill the rental agreement entered into, you should report this to us as soon as possible so that we can still offer the resulting vacant date to third parties.

Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival will not be refunded. For that, you can purchase your own cancellation insurance from an insurance company.

The key to the B&B

As a guest you will personally receive the key from the landlord, unless otherwise agreed. Similarly, upon departure, you will return the key to the landlord of the B&B De Biestraatse Weide.

As a guest, you are responsible for properly locking the entrance doors to the B&B.

Loss of the key is at the contractor’s expense (25 euros) and will be paid by contractor in cash or by invoice at check-out.

Arrival and departure

On the day of arrival, you can use your accommodation from 3 p.m. onwards.

On the day of departure, the accommodation must be free by 11:00 am.

The above times may be deviated from by mutual agreement.

No refunds will be made in the event of early departure.

Your stay

Noise pollution, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. should be avoided.

Use of estate around B&B De Biestraatse Weide with respect for nature and all the other users.

We cannot always guarantee silence at the residence.

Use by third parties of the residence is not allowed.

Trash should be deposited in trash cans.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed
